Expect CT Header

What does it do?

• It will check the certificate authority logs to see if your websites certificate is there
• It will also enforce certificate transparency, meaning it will see if your certificate is valid or if the certificate authority itself is deemed unqualified. It will then terminate the connection if the checks fail
• You can log the output of these calls to a uri that will be publicly accessible
